A Spectrum is “an ordered array of the components of an emission or wave”; in the case of this show, the wave is light. Light is a subtle energy with no substance. We become aware of its components when in it is reflected by a solid. That means color, as we know it, results from the interaction between light and matter. Verónica´s recent works reflect on daily events where unseen natural forces become protagonists. Events such as movement, unity and perfect synchrony participate in nature as well as in her works.
